Apple pie for 2… or 1…

Mini Apple Pie…

2X6 pan, 3 mini apples.

Make Crust (11/2 cup flour, one stick butter in pea sized cubes,combine until coarse, add 1/3 cup cold water, smoosh together and then re fridge for 30. Afterwards, roll out 2/3 for crust, 1/3 for topping)

Combine 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 teaspoons lemon juice with peeled, sliced apples. Add 5 teaspoons gran sugar, 5 teaspoons brown sugar, 3 teaspoons corn starch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, mix)

Add crust to pan, add apples to crust, and topping to apples

Bake 40 minutes 350.
