So. I have a recipe for cheesecake cupcakes. Its easy, its the go-to recipe man, its almost too easy because everyone seems to like it. So pretty much I end up making it all the time when I need to make a birthday dessert, celebratory cupcakes, etc.

Cheese cake cupcakes (makes 6)

1/3-1/2 cup gramcrackers

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1-8 oz package of cream cheese (or Neufchatel cheese)

1 egg

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp lemon juice

(preheat oven to 325 degrees. crush graham crackers and add 1 tbsp butter melted, mix up until all gram has been buttered. spread evenly between cupcake tin. Cook for 10 mins. Meanwhile mix melted cream cheese [i used neufchatel] with egg, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add to cupcake tins [fill 3/4 up, they wont rise too much]. Cook for 25-25 minutes. Cool and place in fridge for a few hours to cool it down. Store in fridge or eat all immediately)

I got a little excited and decided to add Dulce de Leche to my cupcakes (and mini cheese cake I made with leftovers)

I heated my dulce and addedd a table spoon to each cupcake (real table spoon, like a metal spoon where the origin of the word table spoon comes from so probably less than an acual regulation grade tablespoon. [that sounds absurd ha])

And finito. didn’t get to try as they were for a friend but I heard they were a success. Would recommend (:
